Job summary

AgVantage FS in Austin, MN is seeking a Custom Applicator to help farmers grow the best crops by applying inputs according to label guidance. You will set up equipment, blend products, and record application data to meet regulatory standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma, ability to obtain pesticides licenses where applicable, CDL with a clean driving record, and a team-oriented approach. Expect exposure to noise and weather with on-the-job training and a solid benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or-equivalent and willingness to learn.
• Ability to obtain required pesticide/fertilizer licenses in applicable states.
• Demonstrated teamwork and strong problem-solving skills.
• CDL with satisfactory driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply crop inputs to fields per rates, procedures, and label instructions.
• Record application data to regulatory standards.
• Set up material handling, blending, and equipment for delivery.
• Blend products according to recommended rates and procedures.
