Job description

Job Title: Custom Wood Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Custom Wood Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in woodworking, a deep understanding of custom fabrication techniques, and a passion for producing top-quality products.

Location: Woodinville, WA

Pay: $30 - $32 per hour (pay depends on shift and experience level)

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 6am – 2:30pm
• Must be flexible and available to work Saturdays as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Review shop drawings for scope of work.
• Generate a list of materials required for fabrication.
• Ensure all necessary items are in house; complete order forms as needed.
• Create a "cut list" of parts and review with the shop foreman prior to cutting.
• Work efficiently with teammates to complete tasks on time and to specifications.

Safety:

• Work safely and observe all safety rules and regulations.
• Use power and hand tools properly, including guards and lockout procedures.
• Verify shop drawings and ensure parts are correct in material and size.
• Install hardware as required.
• Learn and become proficient in all aspects of custom fabrication.

Qualifications:

• Experience in skilled carpentry in a commercial environment preferred.
• Experience with wood shop tools.
• Willingness to learn.
• Cabinetry installation experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience fabricating with plastic laminates (Formica, Wilsonart, Pionite, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship.
