Job summary

Millwork Distributors in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Door Assembler to turn raw materials into ready-to-install doors for homes and commercial projects across the Midwest. You will read work instructions, measure and cut with accuracy, operate hand tools and CNC-assisted equipment, and perform quality checks as part of a collaborative, safety-focused team.

This non-exempt, full-time position offers a schedule of Monday–Thursday 7:00 a.m.–4:15 p.m., Fridays until noon, plus 100% company-paid medical

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or woodworking is a plus; training provided.
• Comfortable with basic math and using a tape measure accurately.
• Clear English communication and strong sense of accountability.
• Able to focus and multitask in a busy, hands-on environment.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 80 lbs.

What You’ll Do

As aDoor Assembler, you’ll help turn raw materials into something truly special, ready-to-install door units that add beauty, security, and character to homes and buildings across the Midwest. You’ll use your hands, your eye for detail, and your teamwork to craft doors that meet exacting standards and customer specifications.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Operate hand tools and CNC-assisted equipment to build and assemble custom door units.

What It Takes
