The Role: Custom DB Production Scheduler

What will you do?

  • Ensure supplier capacity & commitment - detect the main gap.
  • Responsible for material replenishment to ensure stock availability on time at right place.
  • Escalate Manufacturing Supply Risk Alerts
  • Responsible for administrative support and tasks for the production team such as stock taking
    transactions, orders placing for supplies, parts, components.
  • Performs and supports his/her team on daily operations linked to production planning
  • Clear focus on improving customer satisfaction
Qualifications

Who would be successful?

  • Graduate of Industrial / Electrical Eng'g / Business Admin or other related courses are welcome to apply
  • Experienced in SAP and BFO
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Knowledgeable in Excel and quick to learn new software
  • High level of attention to detail, high commitment to quality output
  • Highly organized and systematic, able to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and minimum supervision
  • Able to multi-task effectively, with good planning and prioritization system
  • Team-oriented; proactive to help and care for the other members of the team
