INSTALLED BUILDING SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking a skilled Installer in Farmington, MN to precisely install custom closet systems, premium cabinetry, and detailed trim. You will read blueprints, measure, cut, and assemble with high accuracy, ensuring quality finishes on every project.

The role requires hands-on experience with hand and power tools, ladders, and construction equipment, along with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in tight spaces, and maintain a clean, safe job site daily.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in cabinetry installation, trim carpentry, or custom finish carpentry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with standard hand/power tools, ladders, and construction equipment.
  • Blueprints: Confident ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to handle heavy lifting, stand for long periods, and work comfortably in tight spaces or at heights.
  • Detail-Oriented Mindset: Strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and a "measure twice, cut once" philosophy.
  • Logistics: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (required to operate company fleet vehicles).

Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively are essential. The role also requires mobility to move through residential construction sites and attention to detail to complete final punch-out tasks efficiently.

Pay: $20.00 - $42.00 per hour
