• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Work with customers to understand vision and create customized cake designs.
• Manage multiple cake orders and ensure timely delivery, especially in peak seasons.
• Greet customers and stay aware of surroundings.
• Follow all employee handbook policies.
