Qualifications

• Proven experience as Cabinet Maker, Finish Carpenter, or Millwork Specialist.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings is required.
• Proficient with hand tools and power woodworking machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Knowledge of wood species, laminates, and finishing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate custom cabinets and millwork to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical plans.
• Operate woodworking machinery including table saws, routers, and planers.
• Perform precise measuring, cutting, shaping, and joining of wood and wood composites.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
• Collaborate with project managers and fellow craftsmen to meet production deadlines.
