Custom Builders/Finish Carpenters – Millwork
Michigan (Excellent growing, profitable company)
Salary: $19.00-$35.00 an hour (depending on experience) plus excellent benefits and relocation assistance if needed **$1,000.00 Sign-on Bonus** Lots of perks!

Company is a full service manufacturer of millwork, fixtures, furniture products specializing in the retail segment with OEMs and dealer network. Given our growth, we are currently in search of a number of skilled Custom/Finish Carpenters to support our current workload. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with a world class work environment!
Essential Functions (including, but not limited to)
• Quickly and accurately assemble an array of millwork products (desks, cabinets, architectural millwork, etc.) utilizing hand tools and various adhesives
• Measure, shape, and/or cut materials to required specifications using hand tools, saws, and other equipment
• Fabricating custom millwork
• Adhere to established safety guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Review build specifications to prepare project layout and determine required materials
• Assemble and fasten materials together using hand tools and other related equipment
• Build and repair cabinets, desks, and related fixtured using woodworking machines, hand tools and power tools
Essential Requirements (including, but not limited to)
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with hand tools to fabricate architectural millwork/wood products
• Ability to read blue prints
• A positive attitude, keen attention to detail, and a hardworking approach
• Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure
Preferred Experience
• Relevant: 3 years
• Architectural Millwork: 3 – 5 years
• Commercial millwork: 1 year
• Carpentry: 2 years
• Finish Carpentry: 2 years
• Cabinet Making: 3 years
