Job summary

Ag-Land FS, Inc. in Tremont, IL is seeking a field-based applicator to load and apply crop protection inputs, follow label directions, and help maintain equipment and facilities.

You will deliver products to customers, complete logs, comply with safety policies, and support team efforts outdoors in varying conditions. CDL with endorsements and basic math/communication skills are required; a comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Experience applying crop protection products.
• Proven professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrated time management and basic math skills.
• Must be able to obtain a CDL with proper endorsements and pass DOT tests.

Responsibilities

• Loads and applies crop protection inputs following all labels.
• Completes spray/application logs as fields are completed.
• Maintains facility equipment and conducts minor repairs.
• Delivers products to customers and assists walk‑in customers.
