Qualifications

• CDL or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and meet DOT safety requirements.
• Preferred applicator license or related crop protection credentials.
• Background in farming or agriculture or related crop protection education.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-clearance sprayers, floaters, and other application equipment to apply fertilizers and crop protection products.
• Provide knowledgeable, courteous service to customers and educate growers on products and techniques used.
• Collaborate with agronomy sales team to ensure accurate orders and customer satisfaction.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including forklift operation, equipment maintenance, and product handling.
• Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed, extending hours during seasonal peaks.
• Safely lift and load up to 75 lbs of product for daily workload.
• Work extended hours during busy seasons to meet business demands.
