Job summary

Farmward Cooperative is growing and seeking a Custom Applicator to join our Ag Operations team in Danube, MN. You will apply nutrients and crop protection products, operate and maintain equipment, and support customers with accurate, safe service year-round.

This is a full-time, hourly position with opportunities to cross-train, improve processes, and grow within the cooperative. A DOT physical and drug test are required, along with a valid Class A CDL endorsement eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferably with agriculture experience.
• Experience operating equipment (payloader, forklift, or similar).
• Cooperative background desirable.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer application orders for dry and liquid fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and NH3.
• Operate application and maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Record application data accurately using designated digital platforms.
• Maintain shop and equipment; follow safety policies and procedures.
• Cross-train to assist other departments as needed.

Education
