Qualifications

• CDL required.
• Previous agricultural or equipment experience preferred.
• Custom applicator license not required - company will assist with licensing costs.
• Ability to safely operate and maintain agricultural equipment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Apply dry fertilizer and crop protection products using John Deere equipment.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently in the field.
• Drive company vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Perform seasonal equipment maintenance and preparation during the off-season.
• Assist with general agronomy and field operations as needed.
