Job summary

Northern Colorado Agricultural Cooperative in Northern Colorado is seeking a Custom Applicator to support local growers during the season. This full-time role uses John Deere equipment to apply dry fertilizer and crop protection products in the fields.

The position requires CDL and independent work with a focus on safety. Company will assist with licensing costs; offers health/dental coverage, retirement plan, uniform allowance, and licensing support.

Qualifications

• CDL required.
• Previous agricultural or equipment experience preferred.
• Custom applicator license not required - company will assist with licensing costs.
• Ability to safely operate and maintain agricultural equipment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
