Job summary

Ag Partners is seeking dependable Custom Applicators to operate field application equipment and safely apply crop protection and nutrient products for our farmer customers. You’ll gain hands-on experience, work in local communities, and grow professionally in a rewarding role.

This full-time position requires attention to detail, ability to lift 60 pounds, and may include evenings/weekends during busy seasons. Starting pay is $22–$24 per hour, with bonuses and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have or be able to get a Commercial Pesticide Applicators License.
• Mechanical skills to perform equipment maintenance.
• Able to perform heavy work by lifting 60 pounds frequently, climb ladders, and work near moving equipment.
• Must be over age 18 and eligible to work in the United States.
• Prefer CDL with endorsements; reliable transportation and insurability required.

As a Custom Applicator, you will gain hands-on experience and skills by primarily operating a sprayer or airflow equipment to safely apply crop protection and nutrient products for our farmer customers. • While we prefer a Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with endorsements, we need you to have reliable transportation to and from work and maintain commercial insurability.

The starting pay range for applicators new to the business is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour and is based on job-related skills, background experience, licenses held, and industry knowledge. You can earn a bonus based on application production and quality.
