Job summary

Twin State Inc. seeks a Liqui-Grow Applicator to perform field application of fertilizer and pesticides from spring through fall.

The role involves operating the applicator machine, coordinating with the manager on product usage and maintenance, and upholding safety and equipment standards. You will participate in training activities, ensure timely applications, and help maintain the retail facility when needed.

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-drug test
• Good driving record
• Must have or be willing to obtain an Applicator's License/CDL – Twin State will facilitate
• Experience with agricultural application equipment is ideal but not required
• Willingness to be trained on equipment and maintenance procedures

Responsibilities

• Apply purchased fertilizer and pesticides in a timely and accurate manner
• Operate the assigned application machine and communicate with the location manager regarding product application and maintenance
• Ensure safety equipment is present and used whenever operating equipment
• Keep the location manager and team informed of all operations
• Assist with maintaining the retail facility when time allows

Liqui-Grow Applicator Position

This position involves the application of chemicals and fertilizer to fields from spring to fall. Applicators will generally operate an assigned machine and be responsible for communicating with the manager regarding product application, maintenance, and scheduled maintenance of equipment. Expectations

• Participate in all training activities to gain knowledge of the products and the benefits to the farmer by their use.
• Application of purchased fertilizer and pesticides in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure that the application equipment has the necessary safety equipment and that it is utilized at all times.
• Keep the location manager and team fully informed of all operations.
• As time allows, help maintain the retail facility.

Requirements
