Job summary

You will collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Exchange Operations, and Customer Support to meet client needs and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in middle/back-office operations with strong attention to detail.
• Experience analyzing operational workflows and writing policies and procedures.
• Understanding of money movement, reconciliation and settlement concepts.
• Ability to recognize process inefficiency and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Passion and curiosity for digital asset technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support, including settlement, reconciliation, transaction review, triaging issues and reporting.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Participate in conversations with Product, Risk, Compliance, Exchange Operations, Customer Support to support client needs and drive process improvement.
• Bring operational expertise in trading and asset movement to the business.
• Contribute to day-to-day work and build for the future in a fast-paced cross-collaborative environment.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients by processing requests accurately and timely.
• Drive high satisfaction, quality, and efficiency for both the client and Fidelity.
• Identify areas of risk mitigation and work with the Operations team to address.
