HES Facilities Management seeks dependable custodians for full- and part-time evening shifts in Lowndes County, GA. The role covers custodial duties across school facilities, cleaning, supply management, and event setup. Reports to Account Manager; second shift with weekend and summer needs are included.

Responsibilities

• Machine shampoo carpeting.
• Clean walls, vents, screens, furniture, drinking fountains, light fixtures, window blinds, brass, and other interior fixtures.
• Wash interior and exterior windows and glass doors.
• Sweep entryways, wipe tables, empty trash cans outside building entrances.
• Clean restrooms, plunge sinks and toilets, replenish supplies.
• Be proactive and complete work requests to notify management of repairs.
• Organize and supply custodial closets as needed.
• Move, remove, and set up furniture and supplies for events as directed.
• Assist with additional duties as required by supervisor.
