Job summary

CW Resources, Inc. is hiring custodians to keep facilities clean and safe. Training is provided to ensure confidence, and successful applicants must be eligible for security clearance and government base access.

This per diem role offers on-site work with opportunities to learn floors, cleaning routines, and PPE use while supporting the AbilityOne program and the organization’s mission-driven services.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to a custodial role.
• Ability to work well with supervisors and teammates.
• Maintain focus and perform tasks to standard.
• Must have valid Real ID for site access.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors in assigned areas.
• Take out trash and replace bags.
• Clean restrooms and restock supplies.
• Dust furniture, shelves, vents, and fixtures.
• Wipe windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
• Ensure area is clean before shift end.
