Reports To: Maintenance & Custodial Supervisor
Summary: Performs various manual tasks used in the cleaning and basic upkeep of buildings, equipment, and structures owned and/or maintained by the school district. Provides support to after school activities and rentals of school facilities.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties and responsibilities of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, stand, walk, sit and use hands and arms to handle, feel and reach. The employee is frequently required to stoop and kneel. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally team lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Regular attendance on the job is expected.
