Job Overview

Custodian Team Leader – IMMEDIATE OPENING

Regional School Unit 13 is seeking a Custodian Team Leader to work 2nd shift, Monday – Friday at Oceanside High School.

Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of custodians to ensure daily tasks are communicated and completed.
2. Manage cleaning products, tools, and equipment to ensure work can be performed efficiently.
3. Collaborate with school staff and administration to meet facility needs.
4. Support special events by moving and arranging furniture, opening and securing buildings, and cleaning up afterward.
5. Work in a team environment, providing support to colleagues as needed.
6. Perform thorough cleaning following CDC guidelines and school policies.
7. Be flexible to meet job demands.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay is commensurate with experience. Full-time employment includes a comprehensive benefits package, shift differential for second shift hours, and paid time off.

Work Schedule

40 hours/week, Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm, with an unpaid 30-minute break.

Qualifications

1. Experience in custodial services and team leadership preferred.
2. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
