Description

Join our team as a Custodian Team Lead! In this role, you will support the gaming floor team while completing administrative duties weekly. We seek responsible individuals with excellent guest service, mentoring, and coaching skills who can motivate others. Enjoy weekly pay, on-site clinics, and health benefits. Job Overview: Prepare, direct, and supervise team assignments for cleaning facilities. Inspect gaming zones, public areas, team member spaces, and facilities according to Guest Service and cleaning standards.

Starting pay at $20, with additional pay based on shift and experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise team assignments for cleaning enterprise facilities.
  • Inspect gaming zones, public and staff areas, ensuring standards are met and guest service is optimal.
  • Ensure team compliance with policies on cleaning standards, appearance, conduct, guest service, and safety.
  • Coordinate additional cleaning tasks such as banquets, promotions, construction, and guest requests. Supervise wardrobe distribution at LSC.
  • Participate in performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and hiring decisions. Support team member development for a positive work environment.
  • Supervise and assign work orders via MaintiMizer and online systems.
  • Inspect storage, chemical closets, and inventory for safety and compliance.
  • Manage team programs like incentives, mentoring, and attendance initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of two years leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, and email communication.
