Job summary

Prestige Maintenance USA is seeking a Custodian to keep facilities clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll sweep, mop, vacuum, disinfect restrooms, restock supplies, and handle trash and recycling.

This role values reliability, punctuality, independence and teamwork, with strict safety adherence. The position is Full and Part-Time, 1st shift from 4am to 9am, reporting to the site lead in the Southwest region.

• Restocking supplies, empty wastebaskets and replace liner as needed
• Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals
• Sweep and damp mop floor with disinfectant
• Spot clean soiled areas when needed
• General cleaning (restroom, offices, cafeteria, sales floor, others as assigned)
• Use of equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers.
• Refill all restroom dispensers as neededPerforms assignments according to company schedule and as expected by customer
• Performs all general required tasks as directed by Lead Custodian or Management

Physical Requirements

Are you able to perform the essential functions of this position, including:

Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds?

Performing repetitive physical activities such as bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, squatting, pushing, and pulling on a regular basis?

Operating small power tools safely and effectively?

Stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning, and reaching in areas that may not be fully air-conditioned?
