Job summary

Prestige Maintenance USA is seeking a Custodian for the Southwest Region. This Part-Time, 1st Shift role includes weekends and requires open availability. You will perform general cleaning, stocking supplies, and maintain a safe, tidy facility to support client operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial work preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Keep facilities clean, safe, and organized.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces.
• Take out trash and recycle materials.
• Restock supplies and report maintenance issues.
• Operate cleaning equipment and maintain supplies inventory.
• Perform general cleaning in offices, restrooms, cafeterias, and sales areas.

Physical Requirements

Are you able to perform the essential functions of this position, including:

Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds?

Performing repetitive physical activities such as bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, squatting, pushing, and pulling on a regular basis?

Operating small power tools safely and effectively?
