Recuperative Care Beds for Medically Fragile Individuals Who Are Homeless. This program will provide interim housing that includes medical monitoring services for individuals who are homeless who are too ill or frail to recover from physical illness or injury on the streets, but are not ill enough to require hospital or skilled nursing level care. The program will be open and staffed with direct care monitors 24/7/365, and will provide participants with safe, clean shelter, 3 nutritious meals/day, and case management and supportive services.
The Recuperative Care Custodian performs daily janitorial duties, including cleaning all areas of facility and reporting any maintenance or safety deficiency to management for correction. Performs all tasks needed to maintain cleanliness, sanitation and safety of the facility, adhering to janitorial schedules provided.
As service providers to the underprivileged and vulnerable in our community, all employees are considered Mandated Reporters, and must report any instance of physical or sexual abuse to proper authorities.
