Summary

Maintain the school buildings to ensure operational excellence, cleanliness, and safety, avoiding disruptions to the educational process. Keep all areas neat, clean, well-stocked, and sanitary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform cleaning duties including trash disposal, surface cleaning, disinfecting high-touch areas, and maintaining cleanliness of floors, windows, and surfaces.
2. Ensure restrooms are cleaned and stocked with supplies, and fixtures are disinfected daily.
3. Follow opening responsibilities such as disarming the building, setting up for the day, and outdoor maintenance like snow removal and trash collection.
4. Assist with setup, cleanup, and monitoring during school activities and events.
5. Perform other duties including minor repairs, equipment maintenance, safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret safety and operating instructions, and communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Good attendance, punctuality, and ability to pass background checks.

Physical and Environmental Requirements
