Job summary

Anza Management Co. is seeking a part-time Custodian to perform basic custodial duties across apartment communities. The role supports maintenance, landscape, and management to meet company standards. No prior experience is required, and the position includes a pathway for growth.

Responsibilities

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, and light scrubbing.

• Dust furniture and walls.
• Monitor building security and safety by locking doors as needed.
• Notify managers concerning major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.

The Custodian performs basic custodial/janitorial maintenance in order to preserve quality and value in the apartment community. Keeps the property in a clean and orderly condition.Supplements maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents.

Custodian Requirements
