Description

Part-time (Full Year) Custodian night position at Bonny Eagle Middle School.

Salary/Pay Scale

$20.00 - $23.72 per hour.

Job Summary

Cleans and preserves designated spaces and equipment within assigned building. Assists with seasonal maintenance chores such as lawn care and snow removal. Restocks disposable supplies and provides inventory and usage data to supervisor. Sets up needed supplies and equipment, and provides building information and guidance to visitors. Maintains and monitors the security of buildings and grounds during the shift. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Current CHRC required. High school diploma or GED; or a minimum of ten years of relevant life experiences may be considered.

Working Conditions

The work environment is typically moderate noise level. Work is mostly indoors, with occasional outdoor duties. May involve working near moving mechanical equipment and handling chemicals such as petroleum products, degreasers, and sprays. Must meet deadlines under time constraints.
