Job summary

Perfection Commercial Services Inc. in Homer, Michigan is seeking an energetic and motivated part-time janitorial teammate to help keep facilities clean and welcoming for clients and visitors.

Shifts run Monday through Thursday, 6pm to 10pm (16 hours per week) at $15.50 per hour. Responsibilities include sweeping, dusting, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, routine custodial tasks, and disinfecting touchpoints. Benefits include weekly pay and paid time off for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Repetitive motion daily; may include bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and squatting.

Position Information: Homer, Michigan

Monday through Thursday, 6pm to 10pm

16 hours per week

$15.50 per hour

Job responsibilities may include (but not limited to):

Sweeping, dusting, mopping & vacuuming

Restroom cleaning

Trash removal

Routine cleaning (custodial/janitorial) tasks

Disinfecting and touch point cleaning

Seeking candidates who:

Are detailed oriented - Possess a sense of urgency - Are enthusiastic and have a very strong work ethic - Are dependable as regular and reliable attendance is a MUST - Take pride in a job well done - Possess teamwork and diversity awareness

Position Requirements:

18 years or older - Able to lift 50lbs - Repetitive motion required on a daily basis and may include bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and squatting
