Job summary

ServiceSource is a nonprofit agency operating within the AbilityOne program. We hire individuals with significant disabilities and provide a range of custodial services across facilities. This role focuses on cleaning and maintenance tasks performed during the evening schedule.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and be able to work evenings. Candidates should be reliable, cooperative, and able to maintain a clean working environment while following safety

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms, offices, and public areas following proper cleaning procedures.
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, and empty trash in public areas.
• Attention to detail in dusting desktops and fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets in offices under desks and edges.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Primary Duties

• Clean restrooms, offices, and public areas following proper cleaning procedures.
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, and empty trash in public areas.
• Attention to detail specific areas of dusting of desktops and fixtures.
• Ability to perform all aspects of vacuuming of carpets in offices under desk and edges.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certifications

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
• Must be able to work the required evening schedule

Must have the ability to lift 25 pounds frequently and move up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
