CBRE Government and Defense Services is seeking a part-time custodian to perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks in a government facility. Duties include disinfecting rooms and restrooms, restocking supplies, and maintaining clean, safe surfaces throughout the building.
The role requires brief, precise communication in English and adherence to PPE and safety regulations. Shifts run 3:00pm to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, with physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Position performs special cleaning projects as well as daily cleaning duties in accordance with AHE standard procedures of the Environmental Services (Housekeeping) Department and with government objectives.
3:00pm - 6:00pm, M-F
The minimum pay rate for this position is $1775. This position may also be eligible for a wide range of competitive benefits that can include but not limited to: medical, well-being, financial planning and short-term incentives benefits.
