Responsibilities

• Keeps building and premises, including sidewalks, driveways, and always play areas neat and clean
• Sweeps classrooms daily and dust furniture and windowsills
• Cleans corridors after school day/during the day when their condition requires it
• Scrubs, hoses down, disinfect toilet floors, and clean all sanitary fixtures and drinking fountains daily
• Cleans windows and other glass areas on the inside and outside on a regular
• Keeps the ground free of rubbish
• Performs such chores as necessary to maintain the school grounds in a safe and attractive condition
• Protect and maintain tools and equipment
• Follow safety codes and regulationsDemonstrates prompt and regular attendance
• Supports the Hattiesburg Public School District Mission,Vision, and Strategic Plan
• Performs other duties as assigned
