Position Details

Full-Time Night Custodian

Qualifications

• High School graduate
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Experience preferred as custodian/maintenance worker
• Knowledge of cleaning and operation of cleaning equipment

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance of building and grounds
• Sweeping, dusting, damp mopping, scrubbing, washing, cleaning, buffing, disposing of refuse, cleaning walkways
• Additional responsibilities assigned by the Building Principal

Licenses and Certifications

• Black Seal License
• CDL License with Passenger/School Bus endorsement (must be obtained within 6 months of employment)

Salary and Benefits

Custodial Salary Guide: Step 1 $44,000 - Step 9 $66,430, based on certifications and experience. Entitled to benefits as per NAEA contract.
