615 Ventures is seeking a meticulous Custodian to maintain cleanliness in their Nashville office buildings. This role is crucial for providing a safe and welcoming environment, involving various tasks such as cleaning restrooms and common areas. 615 Ventures is a Nashville-based investment firm that creates value through the acquisition and management of commercial real estate nationwide. 615 Ventures manages retail, office, industrial, SNTL and residential assets across seven U.S. markets. In addition to our commercial real estate efforts, we also evaluate company acquisitions primarily in the greater Nashville, TN area.
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to perform cleaning and maintenance duties across two professional office buildings. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday and involves routine cleaning of common areas, restrooms, and office spaces to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
This position involves indoor work across multiple floors in office environments. Custodians will use standard cleaning tools, equipment, and products, and may be required to wear personal protective equipment as needed.
Employer work visa sponsorship and support are not provided for this role. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at hire in an employer approved US state and must maintain authorization to work in the United States throughout their employment with our company.
Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision.Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
Hourly pay range
$18 - $23 USD
