Responsibilities

• Perform routine and project cleaning of office areas, bathrooms, breakrooms, meeting rooms, and other areas as assigned.
• Organize supplies, materials, and tools necessary to complete assigned jobs.
• Replenish supplies in restrooms, offices, and other areas as needed.
• Ensure facilities meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, in partnership with supervisor.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including PPE enforcement, incident reporting, and safety training.

Requirements

• Demonstrated commitment to doing the right thing, striving for excellence, staying curious, and being a great partner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of facilities experience required.
• Elementary English proficiency communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

• Curiosity and willingness to question the status quo.

Physical Demands

• Ability to work in the facility during required hours.
• Work outside of shift may be required.
• Specific vision abilities required.
• Prolonged sitting/standing, movement around the facility, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
