School District of Indian River County's Rosewood Magnet School is seeking a Custodian to maintain the safety, cleanliness and upkeep of the school plant and grounds for students and staff. Knowledge of OSHA/EPA requirements, ability to read and follow instructions, communicate orally and in writing, and perform minor repairs are valued.

Description:
Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA) requirements related to assignment. Knowledge of custodial
procedures and equipment. Ability to communicate orally and in writing. Ability to read and
follow instructions. Ability to work harmoniously with custodial staff. Ability to organize and
establish priorities. Ability to perform minor repairs to equipment, building and grounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.

One hundred ninety-sixdays worked per year (10 months).
