Position Duties: Maintain cleanliness and organization within our facility and premises. Ensure a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers. This role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently, and high cleanliness standards. Note: This is a warehouse environment with exposure to heat, humidity, dust, noise, etc.

What are we looking for? Attendance is critical. The following duties and requirements will help determine if you're a good fit for us, and vice versa:

DUTIES:

• Uphold company policies and procedures
• Perform routine cleaning tasks: wiping surfaces, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, exterior cleaning
• Sanitize and disinfect surfaces, restrooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins, dispose of waste properly
• Restock supplies: paper towels, soap, toilet paper
• Assist in setting up and cleaning after company events or meetings
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or repairs to Maintenance Manager
• Follow all safety procedures, including handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Secure doors after cleaning to maintain security
• Other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

• Experience in custodial/janitorial work (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, equipment
• Reliable attendance
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Must be a US citizen
• Ability to read a ruler/tape measure and analog clock
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, move heavy objects
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Shift & Wage:

1st Shift: 7a - 3p M-F (+ OT as needed) $25.00/hour

Reviews at 60 days and 6 months, then twice a year with potential rate increases based on performance.

Signing Bonus: $1500 (current employees are not eligible)
