Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Custodian Supervisor to oversee custodial staff and maintain clean public areas across properties including the Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

The role requires supervising daily operations, ensuring safety, handling bio-hazard materials, stocking supplies, and performing routine equipment maintenance. Candidates should have 1–2 years cleaning experience and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or 21 depending on property.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of cleaning experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist custodians with daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas; pick up and remove trash and debris.
• Responsible for property clean up including bio-chemical/bio-hazard material.
• Stock linen supplies.
• Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies.

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas; pick up and remove trash and debris.
• Responsible for property clean up including bio-chemical/bio-hazard material.
• Stock linen supplies.
• Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
