Victory Autism Academy is seeking a reliable Full-time Custodian/Maintenance team member to support campus operations at our Phoenix campuses. The role involves daily cleaning and general maintenance to keep facilities safe, clean, and in good condition.

Ideal candidates have basic handyman skills and a strong sense of responsibility. Responsibilities include cleaning classrooms, restrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces, sanitizing areas, removing trash, and assisting with minor repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience with custodial and general maintenance work
• Basic handyman skills (preferred)
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Must have a valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, etc.
• Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, classrooms, and shared spaces
• Remove trash and ensure proper waste disposal
• Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies
• Complete small maintenance tasks (e.g., light bulb changes, minor repairs)
• Assist with routine maintenance such as basic plumbing, painting, and carpentry
• Follow established cleaning and maintenance schedules
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment according to health and safety standards
