Washington, PA – Full-time; M-F, varied start time

Starting Pay: $18.00/hour - $20.00/hour; Depending on experience

TheCustodian/Maintenance Technician operates various types of cleaning equipment to maintain all areas of the building and grounds. The role will monitor the operating safety of all equipment and report condition for repairs as necessary. Maintenance duties such as deep cleaning of apartments for unit turnovers; minor painting and touch ups; simple drywall repair; snow removal; and basic plumbing, maintenance and repairs are also required.

Requirements For The Custodian/Maintenance Technician

• Have one year of skills training or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Possess basic computer skills for documentation of work completed.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service to residents and team members.
  
  

A valid Driver’s License is preferred.
