Job summary

Falls Lake Academy is seeking passionate Team Members to maintain a high level of cleanliness in our facilities. You will perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, restrooms, and supply replenishment, while supporting teachers and staff.

Candidates should be able to work independently or as part of a team, follow safety procedures, and assist with floor care, moving furniture, and light maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, trash removal.
• Vacuuming, dusting, restroom and break room cleaning.
• Replenishing supplies as needed.
• Responding to teacher clean up needs.
• Strip, wax, and polish floors.
• Move furniture.
• Mow and Grounds Maintenance.
• Fix and repair general items in the school.
• Work with others to complete daily cleaning.
• Cover absent team member's routines when needed.

Generally M-F, 10am -6pm

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of general cleaning tasks including, but not limited to:
  • Sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, spot cleaning, trash collection and removal.
  • Vacuuming, dusting.
  • Cleaning restrooms and break rooms.
  • Replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Responding to teacher clean up needs.
• Helping to strip, wax, and polish floors.
• Moving furniture.
• Mowing and Grounds Maintenance.
• Fix and Repair general items in the school.
• Follow all safety, security and key control procedures.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Able to be a team player and support all others.
• Work with other team members to complete the cleaning of areas each day.
• Help cover absent team member's routines when needed.

Electrical and Plumbing experience a plus.
