Job summary

AboutThisRole

Custodiansare responsible formaintainingthe cleanliness of the client's facility, including, but not limited to, removing trash, vacuuming, mopping, dusting,cleaningand stocking restrooms, operating forklifts and other machinery,and performing other various cleaning duties as assigned at the contracted site.

Custodian/Machine OperatorRequirements

• Successfully pass a background check, fingerprinting, and a 10-panel drug screen.
• Valid certification tooperateforklifts.(Preferred)
• Able to use reasoning and judgment
• Able to apply math skills to various custodial tasks (i.e.how much cleaning solutionneededfor area being cleaned)
• Able to communicate in writing effectively
• Ableto stand, walk, bend twist,knellat various times through theentire shift
• Ableto liftand move, up to 40 pounds
