GRBS Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Lead Custodian for Ionia Public Schools. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday with one weekend per month, 3pm-11:30pm or 3:30pm-12am, totaling 40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Complete Building Walkdowns.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Vacuum, mop, dust and clean restrooms.
• Remove trash and perform other cleaning tasks as assigned.
