GRBS Inc. is hiring a full-time Custodial Supervisor in Portage, MI. The role involves leading a cleaning team, training new hires, and ensuring building quality and security. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with one weekend per month, 3:00pm–11:30pm, 40 hours weekly.

Pay rate is $16.75 per hour. Benefits include holidays, PTO, daily pay options, health insurance, and 401K, with opportunities for rapid advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required for the supervisory role.
• Background screening rules apply per state requirements.

Responsabilités

• Train new hires on cleaning procedures and standards.
• Confirm and communicate staffing levels and coverage.
• Manage customer check-ins and service quality checks.
• Ensure building security and daily walk-throughs.
• Perform cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and restroom cleaning.

When and Where is the job located:

We have the following full-time custodial supervisor opportunity available in Portage Public Schools:

• Monday-Friday
• 1 scheduled weekend a month
• 3:00pm - 11:30pm
• 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $16.75/hour

Building Lead Core Responsibilities-

• Train new hires how to clean buildings
• Confirm and communicate staffing
• Customer check-ins
• Ensure quality; check work, walk downs, daily pictures
• Secure the building

What does this job look like:

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
