We are hiring a Custodian to ensure the YMCA remains an attractive and clean environment. Responsibilities include completing daily cleaning duties such as wet and dust mopping, trash removal, recycling, window washing, pool cleaning, painting, vacuuming, lawn care, snow removal, and general cleaning tasks. The role also involves operating related equipment, reporting repairs, maintaining building security, replenishing supplies, setting up furniture for events, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include being 18 years or older, with six months or more of related experience preferred. Candidates should be able to interpret instructions, report maintenance needs, and understand cleaning methods and chemicals safely. A basic knowledge of equipment upkeep is also required.
