Custodian - Jefferson County YMCA (Maintenance)

The Jefferson County YMCA is seeking a Custodian to ensure the cleanliness and attractiveness of our facility. The successful candidate will:

1. Complete daily cleaning duties including mopping, dusting, trash removal, recycling, window washing, and vacuuming.
2. Perform seasonal activities such as lawn care and snow removal.
3. Maintain the upkeep of assigned areas and equipment, including operating related motorized and non-motorized equipment.
4. Record and report necessary repairs and perform repairs as directed.
5. Ensure the security of the YMCA building and property during shifts, reporting any incidents or hazards.
6. Replenish supplies like soap and paper towels.
7. Assist with event setup by arranging furniture as needed.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
