Job summary

Uline is hiring a Warehouse Custodian for its new Plainfield facility. The role focuses on keeping a bright, clean, and organized warehouse environment, with responsibilities including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and operating floor scrubbers.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. A high school diploma is required, with prior custodial experience preferred. New hires receive a $5,000 bonus and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and 401(k) with employer match.

Hours:

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of our warehouse including sweeping, mopping and dusting.
• Process trash removal and box scraps with a compactor.
• Operate floor scrubber (electric or propane) and other equipment.
• Assist special projects, performing general labor to support warehouse operations as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous custodial / cleaning experience preferred.
• Frequently move packages weighing up to 50 - 70 lbs.
