Job Summary:

The Janitor will clean and maintain the Office and Warehouse.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building.
• Assists in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and break rooms. (Including but not limited to cleaning toilets, trash removal, mopping, sweeping, & stocking supplies)
• Maintains a neat and orderly janitor's area; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
• Assists in examining buildings for safety hazards and reports deficiencies to management.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Specific Required Skills/Abilities:

• Safe use of cleaning chemicals; sanitation and disinfection; trash disposal
• Following client-specific cleaning checklists and standards.
• Attention to detail - Identifying missed spots, odors, or hazards and ensuring thorough cleaning.
