GRBS is seeking a dedicated Custodian for Wayland Union Schools in Plainwell, MI. This full-time 2nd shift position runs 3:30pm–12am and covers approximately 40 hours per week, providing essential cleaning and maintenance to support a safe, welcoming school environment.

We value reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow GRBS processes. Compensation is $16/hour plus benefits; applicants must be able to commute daily as part of our GRBS family.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to commute daily.
• Ability to follow GRBS processes and build maps.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.
• Mop, dust, clean restrooms and remove trash.
• Finish tasks according to the building map and shift.
• Maintain mindful communication with respect to all.

We have the following full-time 2nd shift custodian opportunity available in Wayland Union Schools:

• Monday-Friday
• 3:30pm-12am
• 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $16/hour

• Have mindful communication with respect to all
• Finish the job to the building map and shift

What does this job look like:

We serve our public school customers by completing the following tasks:

• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
