Qualifications

• Must be able to perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, carpet and blinds cleaning, waste disposal, restroom cleaning and dispenser filling.
• Knowledge of modern cleaning methods and equipment.
• Ability to perform minor building repairs and maintain tools and supplies.
• Able to plan, organize and carry out work schedules efficiently.
• Excellent physical condition and ability to work in adverse weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks: sweeping, carpet and blinds cleaning, waste removal, restroom cleaning and dispenser filling.
• Clean light fixtures and replace bulbs as needed.
• Perform yard work: mowing, trimming, general cleanup, athletic field maintenance.
• Keep walkways and entries free of ice and snow.
• Assist with receiving and storing supplies for the cafeteria.
