DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Considerable knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, equipment, etc. Knowledge of minor maintenance requirements to buildings and grounds. Knowledge of the operation of low-pressure heating systems and controls and ability to deal effectively with the public and associates.
Experience:
Previous custodial experience with some degree of supervisory experience.
Training:
Trained in the tools and equipment used to maintain buildings.
Supervision Received:
Works under the general supervision of the Superintendent of Public Buildings.
